Reflection
Throughout the many courses and projects within the Instructional Technology Master's Program, it was emphasized to always reflect in order to grow. As we reflect on readings, projects, findings, or activities, it allows us as learners to grow and develop a mindset of lifelong learning. Through the blogfolio assignment, I was able to reflect on different readings and theories to grow my thought process and ideas as well as communicate with other members through comments and reading their blogfolios on the same topic. This created a collaboration among peers as well as increasing students' prior knowledge and understanding of the readings. Also, the Recap Tutorial project was a great way to engage in a new digital tool, model the knowledge learned through the tool by displaying said knowledge on a understood digital tool. I found a multimedia tool called Recap that works like a Twitter feed for the educational classroom setting. I then created a website as a tutorial for other students in my course to learn of my tool as I learned of other tools through their creations as well. In addition, the project Instructional Design Reflection was a great way to check students' understanding of a topic in class through a video reflection. In the video I discuss the topic of instructional design and my conceptual thinking through the content presented.

Future Learning
Through my experience, I will incorporate these types of projects into my future classroom as well as my own continuation of learning. I really enjoyed the blogfolio and feel it is a great collaboration tool for the classroom and students as it allows for them to develop their web-tool creations skills, taps into their creativeness, and allows for their thoughts to be heard and commented on. I also will continue to read and reflect on my needs in my future job as well as ever day life. If something is working well or not working I plan to reflect on it and find a way to grow it more successfully.
